All purchases made on Pioneering Peak are subject to our dedicated store policies, which are incorporated into these Terms:

  • Shipping Policy: Standard shipping is free within the Continental United States ($0.00). Handling time is 3–5 business days, and transit time is 3–7 business days (total delivery timeline 6–12 business days).

  • Refund & Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. There are no restocking fees ($0 / 0%). Return shipping for buyer's remorse is the customer's responsibility, while return shipping for defective or damaged items is covered 100% by Pioneering Peak.

SECTION 8 - PRICING ERRORS & CANCELLATIONS

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pioneering Peak reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price prior to shipment. If your order is canceled prior to shipping, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
